where did you end up buying those snails? as an afterthought, ( i realized this after reading the bit of the recipe that's visible in your picture) i think i might have seen frozen snails at Dun Yong .. maybe.

i ended up buying them at the avondmarkt, but since then i've been seeing them everywhere...the maroc has them as well....these are all canned.
